Submission Format

Submitted articles must follow the format and style of the template available below:

• LaTeX/Overleaf Template Archive (H2026-LaTeX-OverleafPackage) (based on IEEE conference templates)
• Handicap-2026_IEEEconf-template (based on IEEE conference templates)

The maximum length is 6 pages (including figures and references, with appendices extra). Submissions must be written in French. Exceptionally, submissions in English may be allowed if the first author is not a French speaker.

A prize of €2000 will be awarded for the best presentation at the Handicap 2026 conference. The Editorial Committee (CA of IFRATH) will act as the jury.

Selected Best Papers

A selection of the best papers (after translation into English by the authors) will be submitted to the journal Technology and Disability (Impact Factor: 0.7).
